£25,058+ a year salary
The shift pattern is 12.5 hours a day, 3-4 days a week including nights and weekends.
Qualifications
Essential: there are no specific qualifications required, but experience as a Healthcare Assistant in the UK is preferred. A positive attitude, compassion, resilience, and vigilance are important qualities for this role.

Main duties of the job
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will be part of an inclusive and supportive team that works together to provide care and support to patients with a range of mental health conditions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include ward rounds, analyzing patient behaviors, updating patient records, and providing overall care and support, which may include assisting with personal hygiene. The work can be challenging at times, but it is also highly rewarding to see patients improve and lead more fulfilled lives.
